Drama Workshop for Kids
The Platteville Summer Arts Festival is excited to continue their tradition of visiting local libraries with actors from their summer production and this year it’s called Big Fish. These talented folks bring an interactive workshop for children ages 5 and up, that includes hearing a "tall tale" and learning a choreographed dance as well as creating stories.

"Bugs, Diseases, Watering – What’s Bugging You?"
Crawford County Master Gardener Julie Hazen, of the UW-Extension Master Gardener Program brings a comprehensive approach to garden pest control using multiple tactics to reduce damage and risk. Julie suggests bringing a lawn chair, bug spray and any questions you may have.

Music and Magic in the Polka-Verse!
We are happy to be collaborating with the Gays Mills Library on some programs this year. So join us there for a lively time with accordionist Mike Schneider of Clinton, WI. Mike’s program includes music, magic, comedy and get-up-and-go fun for all ages.
